Melanie Squire is a devoted wife, mother and teacher of children. Every 40 seconds another child is abducted or goes missing in the safest country in the world—the United States. Having a missing or abducted child has surpassed all other forms of loosing a child. Determined to make a difference author Melanie Squire wrote a book on children’s safety, teamed up with communities, local police departments and PTAs to devise a free parent child assembly and fundraiser that began the process of education. Her book endorsed by Ed Smart and Elaine Runyon-Simmons, both parents of children who had been abducted, are two of many who have endorsed her new innovative children’s picture book. Melanie loves to speak on topics such as Finding your passion, Living your dream and Making a Difference. She also speaks on Stranger Safety and the Roll we can play.
