Karen Bastow
Karen is a gardening expert with worldwide impact. Her expertise in Square Foot Gardening takes her around the world with particular emphasis in the slum areas of Kenya. Through projects with Reach the Children Karen has touched and improved lives everywhere. Certified as a Square Foot Gardening instructor, Karen speaks nationwide and has been an instructor at BYU Education Week She is employed with LDS Family Services in the adoption program. Karen is a mother of 6 and grandmother of 4 and is dedicated to teaching family values through gardening.
