Matt Townsend, national speaker and relationship expert, uses his unique gift of understanding relationships to help individuals, couples and families learn the skills they need to better relate. Through entertainment and humor he teaches life-changing principles and skills empowering couples to change by learning to communicate more effectively, to stop patterns of negative reactions, and to get to the heart of important issues.
Matt is the founder and president of the Townsend Relationship Center, a premier relationship coaching organization. He draws from over 15 years of experience presenting to Fortune 100 companies and his ongoing private practice where he carries out many types of coaching, group workshops and mediation. Every Saturday at 11:00 am Matt can be heard hosting his radio program “The Matt Townsend Show,” broadcast on KSL, the Rocky Mountain’s largest station. From 2004-2006, Tiffany produced and hosted Succeeding Gracefully, a values-based women’s TV show in the Mountain West Region, in addition to a global radio program.
In 2007, Tiffany spoke throughout the state of Utah as Mrs. Utah United States sharing the message of recovery and hope in "Healing From Substance Abuse". She continues to serve locally on the Utah County Substance Abuse Community Council.
Tiffany's husband Paul was diagnosed with Stage 4 oral cancer at the end of 2007. This sad news has brought a new urgency to Tiffany's message of hope and tenacity.
Today, Tiffany Berg is an author, much sought-after consultant, content contributor and marketing strategist for businesses and other motivational speakers.

Richard Paul Evans

When Richard Paul Evans wrote the #1 best-seller, The Christmas Box , he never intended on becoming an internationally known author. His quiet story of parental love and the true meaning of Christmas made history when it became simultaneously the #1 hardcover and paperback book in the nation. Since then, more than eight million copies of The Christmas Box have been printed. He has since written eleven consecutive New York Times bestsellers. He is one the few authors in history to have hit both the fiction and non-fiction bestseller lists. He has won several awards for his books including the 1998 American Mothers Book Award, two first place Storytelling World Awards, and the 2005 Romantic Times Best Women Novel of the Year Award. His books have been translated into more than 22 languages and several have been international best sellers.
Four of Evans’ books have been produced into major television productions starring such acclaimed actors as Maureen O’Hara, James Earl Jones, Richard Thomas, Ellen Burstyn, Naomi Watts, Vanessa Redgrave, Christopher Lloyd, and Rob Lowe.
During the Spring of 1997, Evans' founded The Christmas Box House International, an organization devoted to building shelters and providing services for abused and neglected children. Such shelters are operational in Moab, Vernal, Ogden and Salt Lake City, Utah. To date more than 13,000 children have been housed in Christmas Box House facilities. In addition, his book, The Sunflower, was the motivating factor in the creation of The Sunflower Orphanage in Peru. Evans was awarded the Volunteers of America National Empathy Award and the Washington Times Humanitarian of the Century Award. Evans is also the founder and CEO of BookWise, an international direct sales business.
As an acclaimed speaker, Evans has shared the podium with such notable personalities as President George W. Bush, President George and Barbara Bush, former British Prime Minister John Major, Ron Howard, Elizabeth Dole, Deepak Chopra, Steve Allen, and Bob Hope. Evans has been featured on The Today Show and Entertainment Tonight, as well as in Time, Newsweek, People, The New York Times, Washington Post, Good Housekeeping, USA Today, TV Guide, Reader's Digest, and Family Circle. Evans lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, with his wife, Keri, and their five children.
Alicia Richmond
Creating a Wardrobe that Works For You
Alicia is the founder of Chic on a Shoestring- a style and wardrobe consulting company. Since her company’s beginning in 2003, she is most well known for her simple approach to taking current fashion trends and adapting them to real people with real bodies and real budgets. Currently her Chic on a Shoestring fashion segment is seen weekly on the Emmy winning ABC 4 talk show, Good Things Utah. She focuses on incorporating fashion trends, body types, wardrobe essentials, finding affordable fashion, closet inventory, etc.
In addition to working at ABC 4, Alicia is featured on a weekly radio show where she gives listeners style advice and tips on great bargains. She has worked as an fashion consultant for several on-air news personalities and was featured for five years as the on-air fashion consultant for 2News This Morning (CBS). She has also been featured on the KSL Morning Show (NBC), Good Day Utah (FOX13) and in the Salt Lake Tribune and Utah Valley Magazine.
In 2006 Alicia launched Balance Your Body Type, a personalized body analysis program that allows women to submit their measurements and receive a custom plan for dressing their body type in the most flattering proportions, minimizing flaws and flaunting assets. Balance Your Body Type has given many women a game plan to move forward and helped them to feel good about themselves again.
Other notable accomplishments include: Spokesperson and host for Morris Murdock travel. Alicia believes that great fashions and bargains can be found all over the world. Developed a program in cooperation with the Salt Lake City Mayor’s office to prepare the disabled to enter the workforce by assisting with their wardrobe, a guest instructor at the BYU Marriott School of Business and former adjunct faculty member at Utah Valley State College, teaching courses in fashion consultation. Alicia was a guest speaker at the Utah State Bar Annual 2004 Convention. She spoke on professional dress in the workplace.
Her professional career began in 1995 at Nordstrom, as the manager of the image and wardrobe consulting department. She presented wardrobe seminars, fashion events and served as a spokesperson to local businesses and organizations. This enabled her to work with a variety of people and respond to their wardrobe and image concerns and find solutions.
Prior to joining Nordstrom, Alicia completed a bachelor’s of science degree in Clothing and Textiles from Brigham Young University with an emphasis in fashion consultation. She and her husband, Evan, are raising three children.
